ncccomma – Use comma as decimal separator in mathematics

The nc­c­comma pack­age amends the be­haviour of the comma in for­mu­lae so that it will be­have as a dec­i­mal sep­a­ra­tor if fol­lowed by a dec­i­mal digit, but as punc­tu­a­tion oth­er­wise. (The set of char­ac­ters that de­ter­mine its be­haviour is con­fig­urable, but the set of dec­i­mal dig­its is the de­fault.)
