nccstretch – Insert a stretch between each token of a string

The pack­age de­fines one com­mand, \stretch­with, which will in­sert its first ar­gu­ment be­tween each pair of let­ters (or what­ever) in its sec­ond ar­gu­ment. It is thus us­able as a method for let­terspac­ing (with a fi­nite skip as first ar­gu­ment), or for fill­ing a box's width (with an in­fi­nite stretch as first ar­gu­ment).
