quotes – Smart double quotes in LaTeX input

A pack­age to au­to­mat­i­cally trans­late the char­ac­ter “ " ” (ASCII dou­ble quote) to `` or '' so that open­ing and clos­ing quotes are pro­duced in the cor­rect se­quence.
