tocenter – Centring (and other) Page Layout

De­fines \ToCen­ter that cal­cu­lates mar­gins such that the text body (plus, op­tion­ally head­ers, foot­ers and marginal texts) are cen­tred on the page. Other com­mands with sim­i­lar in­ter­faces are also de­fined.
