WordML2LaTeX – XSLT to trans­form a WordML file to a LaTeX2ε source

WordML2LaTeX is a meet­ing point be­tween two ti­tans in word pro­cess­ing: Mi­crosoft Word 2003 and LaTeX2ε. It is an XSL stylesheet that trans­forms a Word doc­u­ment (in Mi­crosoft Word 2003 XML for­mat, WordML) in a LaTeX2ε source. With WordML2LaTeX You can use Word as a front end for LaTeX.
