Directory tex-archive/macros/generic/frame
Save the files frame.sty|tex in a directory, which is part of your local TeX tree. Then do not forget to run texhash to update this tree. frame – Framed boxes for Plain TeX
A jiffy file (taken from fancybox) for placing a frame around a box of text. The macros also provide for typesetting an empty box of given dimensions.
