dcounter – Support dynamic counters

Coun­ters de­clared as dy­namic are cre­ated at the time of their first use and they re­ceive at that mo­ment the count style which was es­tab­lished by the \countstyle com­mand. Spe­cial use of the \countstyle com­mand with an op­tional pa­ram­e­ter al­lows mod­i­fi­ca­tion of the sub­or­di­na­tion of ex­ist­ing coun­ters.
