obas – Web based interface to a bibliographical database

Pro­vides a web based in­ter­face to a database of bib­li­o­graph­i­cal records which can be queried and the re­sults dis­played ei­ther as HTML, or in plain ASCII, for­mat­ted as BibTeX en­tries or ac­cord­ing to the APA ci­ta­tion style for use in an ed­i­tor or word pro­ces­sor.
