A small update to the LaTeX tugboat package, primarily with updates to the documentation wrt using listings and other packages. This update also provides new abbreviation macros, such as \LuaTeX, \LuaLaTeX, \LuaHBTeX, \LuaHBLaTeX, and others, mostly taken from the dtk-logos package. (No attempt at completeness.)

tugboat – LaTeX macros for TUGboat articles
Provides ltugboat.cls for both regular and proceedings issues of the TUGboat journal.
Also provides a BibTeX style, tugboat.bst.
