CTAN has a new package: Javadoc
The javadoc package provides an easy way to document source code. It is related to the javadoc system for java source code. But, of course, source code of other languages can be documented using this package. The bundle contains also a doclet to generate the Tex-files out of java-source-code.
This package is located at http://tug.ctan.org/tex-archive/macros/latex/contrib/javadoc . More information is at http://tug.ctan.org/pkg/javadoc (if the package is new it may take a day for that information to appear). We are supported by the TeX Users Group http://www.tug.org . Please join a users group; see http://www.tug.org/usergroups.html .
javadoc – Documenting source code
The package processes source code in a manner based on the javadoc system for documenting Java (and other language) source; its output is LaTeX, via a ‘doclet’.
A package for processing this output is provided.
