I have uploaded the archive file `pdfpages.zip' to
ftp.dante.de/incoming.
Please, extract this archive and replace the files in
/tex-archive/macros/latex/contrib/supported/pdfpages/
The `pdfpages' package makes it easy to insert pages of
external PDF documents. Several logical pages can be
arranged onto each sheet of paper. (Like psnup.)
The package provides hypertext operations like
hyperlinks and article threads.
Changes in version 0.2g:
The new option `addtotoc' adds entries to the table of
contents. This may be useful, if putting together
conference proceedings.
It is distributed under the LPPL.

pdfpages – Include PDF documents in LaTeX
This package simplifies the inclusion of external multi-page PDF documents in LaTeX documents. Pages may be freely selected and similar to psnup it is possible to put several logical pages onto each sheet of paper. Furthermore a lot of hypertext features like hyperlinks and article threads are provided. The package supports pdfTeX (pdfLaTeX) and VTeX. With VTeX it is even possible to use this package to insert PostScript files, in addition to PDF files.
