nxtlatex 1.3 provides LaTeX classes and themes for the faculty NXT Sustainability and Technology at Reutlingen University: a thesis class, a letter class option and a Beamer theme. All components require LuaLaTeX. Changes in version 1.3: - nxtthesis is now based on the standard class report instead of KOMA-Script scrreprt. With \DocumentMetadata{..., tagging=on} it produces tagged, accessible PDFs; veraPDF confirms PDF/UA-2 for all twelve font options and for the example thesis. When tagging is active, the class loads the tagging support for listings. Layout and appearance are unchanged; \subtitle, \addchap and \addsec are still available. - The declaration of academic integrity follows the faculty's guideline of December 2025, including the required statement on AI tools (option ki=...) and an optional partner university. - New class options: richtlinie (the faculty's mandatory layout), kapitaelchen (headings in small caps) and logo, plus seven new font options (now twelve). With the option english, the title page is now in English as well. - Lists of abbreviations (\akronym, based on acro) and symbols (\Symbol, \printsymbols); \kapitaelchen sets small caps only where the current font shape has them. - The NXT logos are now glyphs in the included NXT Logo Font 1.0 (OFL), taken unchanged from the faculty's corporate design. No download is needed any more. The logo macros support all colour schemes of the corporate design, including CMYK, and provide alternative texts. - Title, author and language are written to the PDF metadata; PDF/A via \DocumentMetadata no longer produces a duplicate OutputIntent. - nxtbrief now uses fontawesome5, and the package ships a TDS archive, so nxtbrief.lco is installed where TeX finds it. The Beamer theme file is now named beamerthemeNXT.sty, matching \usetheme{NXT}. - A complete example thesis with sources and a German introduction to LaTeX with the class (PDF) are included.

NxtLaTeX – Classes and themes for faculty NXT (Reutlingen University)
This bundle provides LaTeX tools for the faculty NXT Nachhaltigkeit und Technologie (Sustainability and Technology) at Reutlingen University, Germany. It comprises three components: a thesis class (nxtthesis) based on KOMA-Script scrreprt; a letter class option (nxtbrief) for KOMA-Script scrlttr2; and a Beamer presentation theme (beamerthemeNXT) in 16:9 format with configurable header and footer graphics. An OpenType font (NXT_Logo.otf, OFL 1.1) encodes the NXT logo as a typographic glyph. All components can be adapted for use at other institutions.
