Initial release of docref, a LuaLaTeX package for referencing sections in external package documentation. The package provides the \docref command, maintains a cache of external-document metadata, and supports explicit source-file registration when needed.

Docref – Cross-references to labels in external LaTeX documentation
This package provides cross-references to labels in locally available LaTeX package documentation, retrieving reference numbers, titles, and page numbers. It supports links to PDF manuals via hyperref and requires LuaLaTeX.
