CTAN update: pdftex.def v0.03l

On Wed, 15 Jun 2005, Heiko Oberdiek submitted an update to the
pdftex.def
file.

Changes:
It is a small bug fix release. It fixes a problem with
the colorfix patch of \usebox.

pdftex – A TeX extension for direct creation of PDF
An extension of TeX which can directly generate PDF documents as well as DVI output. All current free TeX distributions including TeX Live, MacTeX and MiKTeX include pdfTeX (Plain TeX) and pdfLaTeX (LaTeX), among many other formats based on the pdfTeX engine.
