CTAN update: zref-clever
Date: November 26, 2024 11:48:29 AM CET
gusbrs submitted an update to the
zref-clever
package.
Version: 0.5.0 2024-11-25
License: lppl1.3c
Summary description: Clever LaTeX cross-references based on zref
Announcement text:
### Added - Swedish localization (see issue [#35](https://github.com/gusbrs/zref-clever/issues/35)). ### Changed - The `declension` option from `\zcDeclareLanguage`, the `case` option from `\zcLanguageSetup`, and the `d` general option (from `\zcref`) have been renamed to `variants`, `variant`, and `v`, respectively. This is a "semantic generalization" of the existing infrastructure. In other words, the package now interprets more broadly type name variants, which can be used for any language-specific needs and not just declension cases. See discussion at issue [#35] (https://github.com/gusbrs/zref-clever/issues/35). ### Deprecated - The `declension` option from `\zcDeclareLanguage`, the `case` option from `\zcLanguageSetup`, and the `d` general option (from `\zcref`) have been deprecated in favor of their new names.
The package’s Catalogue entry can be viewed at https://ctan.org/pkg/zref-clever The package’s files themselves can be inspected at https://mirrors.ctan.org/macros/latex/contrib/zref-clever/

zref-clever – Clever LaTeX cross-references based on zref
This package provides a user interface for making LaTeX cross-references which automates some of their typical features, thus easing their input in the document and improving the consistency of typeset results. A reference made with \zcref includes a “name” according to its “type”, and lists of multiple labels can be automatically sorted and compressed into ranges when due. The reference format is highly and easily customizable, both globally and locally. The package is based on zref’s extensible referencing system.
