Date: July 20, 2009 2:17:34 PM CEST
On Mon, 20 Jul 2009, John Bowman submitted an update to the asymptote package. Asymptote is a powerful descriptive vector graphics language for technical drawing, inspired by MetaPost but with an improved C++-like syntax. Asymptote provides for figures the same high-quality level of typesetting that LaTeX does for scientific text. Version number: 1.82 Location on CTAN: /graphics/asymptote/ Summary description: 2D & 3D TeX-Aware Vector Graphics Language License type: lgpl Announcement text:
Threaded exports were fixed. The texpath fontsize was fixed for PDF tex engines. A default currentprojection argument was added to transform3(projection). The -gray and -bw settings are now respected in PRC output. A consistent approximation is now used for drawing tube centers. Missing pt units were added to all fontsize examples.
