Tagging LaTeX documents is very important, but compiling tagged documents can have a significant impact on compile times. As part of an effort to make tagging faster, this package allows to test a new approach to make future tagpdf versions faster while requiring minimal user visible changes.

Luatagging – Faster compile times for LuaLaTeX documents using tagging
Experimental code to make compiling tagged LuaLaTeX documents faster. This package works together with tagpdf to generate tagged PDF 2.0 files while keeping compile times fast.
