The pdfmsym package is intended to provide users with various mathematical symbols, some of which obscure and some of which are commonly used. It provides a family of vector and arrow functions, as well as arbitrarily extendible math accents and operators, as well as some more obscure mathematical symbols.

pdfMsym – PDF Math Symbols — various drawn mathematical symbols

This package defines a handful of mathematical symbols many of which are implemented via PDF’s builtin drawing utility. It is intended for use with pdf and Lua and is supported by to a lesser extent.

Among the symbols it defines are some variants of commonly used ones, as well as more obscure symbols which cannot be as easily found in other or packages.
