Changes since the last version: - Add new syntax `::` (and `:::`) for inputting (and including) subfiles - Add new syntax `##` for (unnumbered) sections, `###` for (unnumbered) subsections, etc., and `##+` etc. for the numbered version - Add new syntax `---` for inserting separation lines
