Replace the "CamelCase names" for accent macros with "\acc" + <greek glyph name>. (No change to the "symbol macros" for Greek diacritics.) Documentation update, more testing. Enclosed is also the file 8-bit-greek.txt with suggestions for the re-organisation of the support for Greek in text mode on 8-bit TeX engines.

lgrx – Obsolete package for Greek in text
The LGRx bundle provided packages and definitions for typesetting Greek text with fonts in the LGR encoding.
It has been made obsolete by the combination of greek-fontenc and greek-inputenc.
