This tutorial is intended for advanced LaTeX2e users who want to learn how to create .ins and .dtx files for distributing their homemade classes and style files. Version 2.4 of the tutorial includes updates corresponding to Doc v3. Thanks to Robert Alessi for bringing Doc v3 to my attention.
