A package of tex macros and scripts to aid archiving pre-TeX documents from scanned sources. The package tries to address the problems encountered in scanning and suggests a number of methods for improving the utility of older documents by indexing, hyperlinking and so on.

scanpages – Support importing and embellishing scanned documents
The bundle provides support for the process of creating documents based on pre-TeX-era material that is available as scanned pages, only.
