endnote – Generic endnotes code

A very simple set of macros for producing endnotes (instead of footnotes). The endnotes are saved in a box, which is re-emitted by a command \producenotes; this technique does not scale well.

For all its limitations, the package has the distinction of working with most TeX formats (unlike the LaTeX-only endnotes, for example).
