pst-nutation:

Nutation (from Latin nūtātiō 'nodding, swaying') is a rocking, swaying, or nodding motion in the axis of rotation of a largely axially symmetric object, such as a gyroscope, planet (earth), or bullet in flight, or as an intended behaviour of a mechanism. (See https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nutation)

PSTricks is PostScript Tricks, the documentation cannot be run with pdftex, use the sequence latex->dvips->ps2pdf or lualatex, which is a bit slow for animations but the easiest way. To view the animations use the AdobeReader or convert it to gif.
