Small improvements of existing fonts. Changed AlphaDia to use 1000x1000 matrix for PostScript font instead of 2400. Improved diagonal lines for black fields (reported by Wolfgang Schuster). Removed all Unique ID entries (not useful anymore). Made OpenType versions of all fonts.
