minor bugfix and rename – dashbox and bitfield

the package formerly known as dashdbox was found to suffer a minor
infelicity. in the course of correcting the bug, the author (Reuben
Thomas) decided to change the name of the package to dashbox.
i have therefore deleted the previous
macros/latex/contrib/supported/dashdbox, and installed the new version
of the package in macros/latex/contrib/supported/dashbox
the dashbox package does \fbox(etc)-like things, with dashed borders
the bitfield package (macros/latex/contrib/supported/bitfield) has
also been upgraded, since it uses dashbox.
the bitfield package draws bitfield diagrams.

Use of this package is no longer recommended, since all its facilities are now better provided by the bytefield package.
