CTAN update: curve2e

Date: June 20, 2015 6:23:50 PM CEST
Claudio Beccari submitted an update to the curve2e package. Version number: 1.50 2015-06-19 License type: lppl1.3 Summary description: Extensions for package pict2e. Announcement text:
Substantial enhancement of the existing macros that now accept also coordinates and direction vectors in polar form; new interface to the cubic B├ęzier spline internal commands. It is possible that old drawings made with the previous version of this package produce slightly different curves due to the new algorithm of the recursive macro \Curve. Now filling of arbitrary closed paths is introduced.
This package is located at http://mirror.ctan.org/macros/latex/contrib/curve2e More information is at http://www.ctan.org/pkg/curve2e We are supported by the TeX Users Group http://www.tug.org . Please join a users group; see http://www.tug.org/usergroups.html .

curve2e – Extensions for package pict2e

The package extends the drawing capacities of the pict2e that serves as a 2e replacement for picture mode. In particular, curve2e introduces new macros for lines and vectors, new specifications for line terminations and joins, arcs with any angular aperture, arcs with arrows at one or both ends, generic curves specified with their nodes and the tangent direction at these nodes.
