Date: May 5, 2017 7:27:04 PM CEST
Javier Bezos López submitted the babel-azerbaijani package. Version: 1.0a 2017-05-03 License: lppl1.3 Summary description: Support for Azerbaijani within babel Announcement text:
This is the babel style for Azerbaijani. This language poses special challenges because no "traditional" font encoding contains the full character set, and therefore a mixture must be used (eg, T2A and T1). It's compatible with Unicode engines (luatex, xetex), which are very likely the most convenient way to write Azerbaijani documents.
The package’s Catalogue entry can be viewed at https://ctan.org/pkg/babel-azerbaijani The package’s files themselves can be inspected at http://mirror.ctan.org/macros/latex/contrib/babel-contrib/azerbaijani/
