CTAN Update: pseudo
Added spacing support The pseudo environment now automatically inserts spacing above and below, similarly to the built-in lists, defaulting to their settings. The spacing may be configured without affecting the list settings, and is suppressed in some cases where such spacing presumably would make no sense (though this suppression may be overridden).
The package’s Catalogue entry can be viewed at https://ctan.org/pkg/pseudo The package’s files themselves can be inspected at http://mirror.ctan.org/macros/latex/contrib/pseudo/

pseudo – Straightforward pseudocode
The package permits writing pseudocode without much fuss and with quite a bit of configurability. Its main environment combines aspects of enumeration, tabbing and tabular for nonintrusive line numbering, indentation and highlighting, and there is functionality for typesetting common syntactic elements such as keywords, identifiers, and comments.
