This release fixes columns with p-style specifiers which did not recall the CSS properties correctly and ended up using a property that was not defined. These columns are now working correctly and can be targeted specifically with a "p" selector, as if they consisted of an HTML <p> element inside a <td>.

This package reworks the internals of tabular, array, and similar constructs, and adds a \cellprops command accepting CSS-like selectors and properties. It depends on mdwtab, xcolor, expl3, and xparse.
