cm-tfm – Metric files for the Computer Modern fonts
These are the 75 metric (TFM) files for the official Computer Modern fonts by Donald Knuth. While they are not strictly necessary for current TeX systems (which can generate TFM files, as needed, on the fly), distributions do nevertheless carry them.
