tktexcad – Generate LaTeX picture environments
Tktexcad is at base a Python script, which uses the Tkinter extension. The script knows about the limitations of the picture environment, and only uses picture commands (apart from loading external graphics using graphicx).
There is provision for saving and reloading pictures and picture parts, but the only available export is LaTeX code.
