The floatrow package provides many ways to customize layouts of floating environments and has code cooperation with caption 3.x package. Package offers possibilities to put floats side by side, to put caption beside float. The floatrow settings could be expanded to the floats created by packages rotating, wrapfig, subfig (in the case of rows of subfloats), and longtable. Changes: 1) Some bug corrections and redefinitions for caption--floatrow co-operation. 2) Support for the row of parts with subtype settings of caption package. 3) Corrected bug for beside captions in oneside documents. 4) Corrections in documentation. 5) The stuff for colored frame moved to main package.
