This should help users setting $TEXINPUT and using its value to find files to include. - Support AMSRefs bibliography expansion (\bibselect) - Support for import and subimport (\usepackage{import}) - Fix corner-cases with comments removal and newlines - Allow running without Pod::Usage installed - A bunch of new test cases to avoid regressions

latexpand – Expand \input and \include in a LaTeX document
Latexpand is a Perl script that simply replaces \input and \include commands with the content of the input or included file. The script does not deal with \includeonly commands.
